Read The Casting Call for More Info!

This bicycle tour, narrated by costumed, in-character docents, is presented in conjunction
with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and answers these burning questions:

Which San Francisco streets are named for gold-rush era madams? Can you name the radical feminist would-be assassin who once worked as a hooker in the Tenderloin? What world-famous prostitutes' rights activist rode a bike to work?

This leisurely, non-athletic ride will take you from San Francisco's legendary barbary coast brothels to current labor struggles in the sex industry. At each stop, we will meet up with one of the colorful, ass-kicking sex workers -- some back from the dead in full period costume -- who shaped San Francisco history.

Think of it as Colonial Williamburg -- but with whores!
