How to Reserve, Format and Send Your Ad

Reserve by: April 25 (important deadline)
Submit art by: April 27 (final deadline as it goes to the printer soon)

This years program will be an 8.5 x 11" booklet. Please choose your ad from the formats below, then email swfest@bayswan.org and let us know! We can develop your ad from your logo or business card for a nominal fee.

You can pay for your ad with Paypal, using the button below. You can also send a check to SW Media and Cultural, 2309 Noriega St. #45, San Francisco, CA 94122. Please let us know by email before you send funds. We can also invoice you and you can choose your option.

You should send 300 dpi, CMYK files. (RGB will be converted to CMYK.)

Price: $500 (This selection includes visibility on the front page of our web site)
Trim size is 8.5 X 11"
Layout area is 7.5 x 9.5" (Back page is $600)
